Please refer to attached PDF for a more detailed inventory of the items offered in this lot. Mice, keyboards, power cords/chargers or other accessories are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise. These items may be missing RAM, hard drive caddies, cables, may be missing components critical to function, or may be entirely non-functional. Hard drives have been removed. Monitors are sold without their stands and have been boxed. Any printers included in the lot have had their ink/toner cartridges and hard drives (if present) removed.
A forklift is available to load this pallet into an appropriately sized vehicle/trailer at no additional cost. If Buyer breaks decides to break the pallet down during removal no assistance will be provided.

Roughly how many of the internal components have been removed (i.e. RAM, CPU)? 08/12/2026 12:40:41 PM
Without opening and inspecting each blade it is impossible to know and unfortunately we do not have the staffing available to do that. The department they came from typically does not remove CPUs but has removed memory from other devices they turn over to us. To be safe with expectations, we recommend that bidders expect that most, or all, RAM has been removed. 08/12/2026 12:50:58 PM

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. If Payment is not received within five (5) business days from the time and date of the issuance of Buyer's Certificate, Bidder will be marked as a default bidder and equipment will be re-auctioned or offered to the next highest bidder. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.
Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to bring proper tools (i.e. rope, ratchet straps) for safely securing any freight or items in their vehicle. You may be turned away and forced to reschedule your pickup if we deem your load to be unsafe. Buyers are permitted to arrange removal of property via a third-party, but will be required to complete and return an Authorization Release form. Auctions/Buyers with items that have not been removed within (10) business days will be considered Defaulted unless arrangements have been made with Asset Contact to extend removal deadline.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Portland State University, OR makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
