All item were pulled from a working office environment and were working to our knowledge when put into storage. All items may be dusty, dirty or could possibly have scratches on them. All item are sold as-is, with no warranty or guarantee. PICK UP ONLY! Inspections are by appointment only. Please contact Paul Long: paul.long@phelpscounty.org to schedule an inspection or with any questions. SELLER WILL NOT PACK, LOAD, HAUL, or DELIVER. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ITEMS INCLUDING ALL PACKING, LOADING AND HAULING. NO SHIPPING IS OFFERED. ALL ITEMS ARE AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO GUARANTEE.

Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction's advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
