Genuine Simplex 4090-9008 addressable Dual Relay Individual Addressable Module (IAM) – provides two independent Form "C" (DPDT) relay contacts (2 A @ 30 VDC resistive) controlled via a single IDNet or MAPNET II address.
This compact module enables fire alarm control panels to remotely activate and monitor external devices, with both data and low-power module operation supplied over the addressable loop (no separate power needed). Relays default to OFF on power-up or communication loss for fail-safe operation; status feedback is reported back to the panel.
Common applications include:
Elevator recall/capture
HVAC shutdown or control
Pressurization/stairwell fan activation
Door release/magnetic lock control
Auxiliary notification or shutdown functions
Features screw terminals (18-14 AWG), visible LED for communication/activation status, fused contacts, and mounts easily in standard 4" electrical boxes. Compatible with Simplex 4007ES, 4010ES, 4100ES, 4100U series, and similar panels.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
