Description

For auction is a lot of 40 Dell desktop computers. All hard drives have been removed from the computers and they are untested by Surplus. Included in the lot are the following models and processors:

All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation. Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval.We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Inspection

Payment

PAYMENTIf you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account. Note: 1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. 2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer. 3. Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 1 business day in advance. With the exception of the third Tuesday of each month which is the OSU Public sale. No pickups/ inspections will be allowed. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. Disclaimer: It is our policy to not disclose the reserve on any auctions If you win the bid, please do not show up at the facility without an appointment. All pick ups will be scheduled within 24 hours. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.'
