Description

Mobile Unit

This Mobile Unit is being sold through an upset bid process under North Carolina statues. When the auction closes, the high bidder will be notified and required to make a 5% deposit to secure their bid. The mobile unit will then be placed up for an 'upset bid' for ten days. Any upset bid must exceed the previous high bid by 10% of the first $1,000 plus 5% of the remainder. If no qualifying higher bid is received within the ten day window, the existing high bid will be brought to the Board for a vote on approval. If there is a higher bid, the new high bidder will make a 5% deposit, the previous high bidder will receive their 5% deposit back, and the upset bid process will be re-started. This process will repeat until no qualifying upset bids are received.

The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids/offers at any time.
