Vehicle seized by court order. The battery and ignition has been replaced. The motorcycle does start and engine runs. Buyer is responsible for removal. Vehicle is sold as is. Title will be issued to winning bidder through court order.

The bike's ignition and battery have been replaced. The bike does start and engine runs. It has not been inspected by a licensed mechanic and is being sold as is. The title is good and will be issued to the winning bidder through a court order. There should be no issues with titling the bike out of state. 03/27/2026 09:15:20 AM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
