• Roof Framing: Constructed with 2x12 rafters at 16” O.C., fully insulated with 10” R-20 rigid foam board.
• Wall Framing: 2x4 studs at 16” O.C., insulated with R-15 fiberglass batts for efficient temperature regulation.
• Floor Framing: 2x8 joists at 16” O.C., uninsulated.
