the unit is SOLD AS IS with no warranty and no guarantee.
this unit HAS NO BRAKES. the brake are inoperable and need to be replaced. THIS UNIT WILL NOT STOP UNDER ITS OWN POWER.
the ROPS (roll over protection system) are rusted and compromised. SAFTY SYSTEM FOR DRIVER IS COMPROMISED.
the tires are in ok condition 2 of them are flat and there is dry rot on them.
the injection pump is leaking oil.
one the the fuel filters have been removed from the system due to too many leaks.
there are many lines on the unit that need to be replaced as they are old and dry rotted.
the quick coupler system has been removed and a valve under the cab has been installed.
comes with ACS attachments 1 three yard bucket 1 root rake 1 forks.
no A/C.
this unit WILL be towed off property by the responsibility of the winner of the bid (purchaser)

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
