Surplus property may be used, salvage, parts only, etc.Property may have unknown issues such as missing parts and defects. We do not test or diagnose property.

Let the buyer beware that all items are sold as is, where is, without any warranty or guarantees for buyer’s remorse or failure to attend public viewing and inspection. There are no options for refunds.

All sales are final upon pickup and removal of the purchased property with no options for refunds.

Printed Pickup Paperwork is REQUIRED: The forms below must be printed, completed, and presented to Alabama Surplus Property staff when arriving for pickups. You must print your paperwork.

1) Loading Assistance Waiver:

• Items will be placed next to buyer’s vehicle

• The buyer or third-party pickup is responsible for loading items into their vehicles.

2) Buyer Pickup: Buyers must bring printed copies of the following documents. Purchased items will not be released without these documents and no exceptions will be made.

• Buyers Driver’s License

• Completed Loading Assistance Waiver

3) Third-Party Pickup: Third-Party Pickup Person(s) must bring printed copies of the following documents. Lots will not be released without these documents, and no exceptions will be made.

• Buyers Driver’s License

• Completed Loading Assistance Waiver

• Authorization of Release Form - Please click the link for a copy of the form.

• Third-Party Pickup person(s) driver's license or government identification card.

Payment: All payment arrangements are made through GovDeals.com. Purchases will only be released upon receipt of payment as specified.

Picking Up Property: Buyers are responsible for all arrangements necessary, including paperwork, shrink wrapping, packing, loading, shipping, and transportation. The State of Alabama Surplus Property Division is not responsible for the buyer’s responsibilities. Buyers are required to pick up all awarded property.

Pick up hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. CST. You must exit the facility by 4:00 p.m. CST with no exceptions. You forfeit your property after these dates without refund and no exceptions. No appointment is required. You may pick up during the following dates only.
