They were needed to promote Germ free areas. used for all Elections, including Specials, Primaries, the General as well as for Early Voting sites throughout the City of New York. The Board of Elections official emblems have been removed from everyone of these Hand Sanitizing Stations. As of 2026, these Sanitizing Stations are no longer in use. In total there are (1,518) Hand Sanitizing Stations up for Auction. Take note, all (1,518) Stations are up for bid. There will be no partial bids for this lot. The winner of this Auction must take the whole lot. (All 1,518) Hand Sanitizing Stations. This means when picking up the Hand Sanitizing Stations the vehicle must be big enough to accommodate the whole lot.

waiting for the answer of how many bundles of Hand Sanitizer stations there are. No we will not use our Fork lift to load the 1,500 hand sanitizers to your truck or flatbed. Picking up these Hand Sanitizers is the sole responsibility of the customer. you must make proper arrangements upon pick up. There are 69 skids, average of (20) hand Sanitizers per skid. The loading dock can accommodate a 15 foot flatbed truck. The dock is is inside of our storage facility at 4312 so you should have no problem parking to collect the Hand Sanitizers. Take note: it is the sole responsibility of the Person or persons to make proper arrangements to pick up these Hand Sanitizers. The Board of Elections does not take any responsibilities in helping or moving any items being picked up through Auction. 69 pallets is 3 - 52 foot trucks worth. I see you answered a question, where the dock can fit 15’ trailers? Would the facility have anywhere that would be able to accommodate standard semi trucks (48’-52’)? Are we able to pick up, then come back for another load, within a reasonable time period. It’s a bit difficult to schedule 3 trucks to be there at the same time. And Obviously we’re not going to bring little rental U-Hauls each time to fill up. Thank you. 02/03/2026 22:13:50 PM

The buyer must handle all aspects of item removal, including packing, loading, and transportation. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of auction closure, unless otherwise specified. Failure to remove items within this timeframe may result in the items being declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up, the buyer must present a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. If a third party is picking up the item(s) on the buyer's behalf, they must provide a completed and signed Authorization of Release form, along with a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale.
