This is a used and untested piece of property. Units may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold “As is where is”. Removal hours are from 8AM to 2PM, Monday thru Friday excluding State of Colorado Holidays. We will not pack, ship or box. If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

Removal
Property may be removed Monday thru Friday 8AM to 2PM Excluding legal holidays. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. After 5 day removal period has expired, a $20 per day storage fee will be assessed and due at time of pickup and removal.
