The above Surplus Equipment is available for donation to eligible organizations in accordance with Local Law 81 of 2023. All items are in good condition. This donation opportunity supports the beneficial use of city-owned equipment by educational and nonprofit institutions serving New York City communities.

To apply, eligible organizations must submit a completed application form within 14 calendar days of this posting. The plan must demonstrate intended beneficial in alignment with public service goals.

• Public libraries
• Educational institutions
• Nonprofit organizations serving individuals with disabilities, seniors, or low-income communities

Important notes:
• Donations are at no cost, but recipients are responsible for pickup, handling and transportation.
• Equipment will be donated based on evaluation criteria contingent upon the information provide in the online submission.
• If multiple applications are received, public schools and libraries are given top priority.

This church provides free computer literacy and basic technology training to youth and adults in the surrounding community, many of whom have limited access to digital education resources. We are currently working to equip the training space with computers so that more members of the community can learn essential digital skills for education and employment opportunities. Removal

The buyer must handle all aspects of item removal, including packing, loading, and transportation. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of auction closure, unless otherwise specified. Failure to remove items within this timeframe may result in the items being declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up, the buyer must present a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. If a third party is picking up the item(s) on the buyer's behalf, they must provide a completed and signed Authorization of Release form, along with a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. Please contact the seller in advance to confirm required documents and schedule your appointment.
