Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. The State of Colorado Removes all Hard drives from computers. Items listed may have parts/pieces missing. Computers (laptops and PC'S) ,Cell Phones sold by the state of Colorado may be password protected and we do not have access to those passcodes, we encourage inspection before bidding. Property may be removed Monday thru Friday 8AM to 2PM Excluding legal holidays. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. After 5 day removal period has expired, a $20 per day storage fee will be assessed and due at time of pickup and removal.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' State of Colorado - General Surplus makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
