Before bidding, please read carefully the stipulations (read all Terms and Conditions shown below on page) for
this particular auction lot. "The successful bidder assumes full responsibility for the collection (will require major disassembly), transportation, and/or removal of the "BLEACHERS" from City property. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the safe removal of this lot. Each person who comes onto City property on behalf of the successful bidder, or at their request, shall sign the attached Waiver. The seller (City of Bryan) has no resources to offer for removal of items. BUYER will be responsible for removal of ALL of the lot, no "cherry picking". Consideration for multiple trips by the buyer and extra time for removal will surely by extended to the buyer.

Material is aluminum frame with hard plastic seats.
Not an exact guaranteed number but capacity is 360+ seats (10 rows high).
Approximate dimensions: 112' length x 33' deep x 18-20' height.
There are 5-step entrance on both ends and an ADA ramp on 1 end. The steps and ramps are not included in the dimensions.
It is strongly recommended to consider removal of this item by the buyer; please bid at your own risk.

Removal
Removal can be scheduled BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at the Maintenance building. Schedule appointments hours by contacting MATT between 8:30 am to 5 pm WEEKDAYS (Monday - Friday) excluding all major holidays, with approval of Matt

All items must be removed within a reasonable period agreed upon by MATT from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified and presentation of a photo ID. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If a third party is removing the item they must provide a copy of the Buyer's certificate and their own photo ID. It is suggested the buyer notify the City of Bryan auction contact if a third party is removing the item.
