Items are in good condition

The Dell Wyse 5030 is classified as a zero-client device. They are used in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments. The virtual environment, host servers, and the network provide the desktop experience.

They have no internal hard drive (disk or SSD).

They do have internal DRAM, but it is not removable or upgradable. They top at 512 MB of DRAM. Not sure if these models have 256 MB or 512 MB of RAM.

The internal Teradici firmware does store parameters, which provide the zero client with information on how to communicate with the virtual environment.


Items are not packed and ready to ship, see pictures. The buyer is responsible for arranging the packaging, moving and loading.

Items may have to be moved by hand/ dollies and or hampers.

If a third party is completing the removal an authorization of Release document will need to be completed and signed by the buyer. This form will be supplied to the buyer at the completion of the auction. The signed copy must be emailed to gary.rotondi@doa.ri.gov prior to any removal arrangements being made.
