High bidder has 5 days to pay GovDeals winning bid amount + 12.5% buyers premium that GovDeals collects. Once payment is made, buyer will need to get bidder # from county. Once seller receives, seller will send reassignment form to county and lien will be put into buyers name. Buyer will continue foreclosure process that seller started and will get tax deed to the property if lien is not redeemed before foreclosure process is completed. 01/29/2026 13:28:21 PM
