Pickup Requirements • No Shipping Available: Items must be picked up in person at the designated location. • Third-Party Pickup: If a third party is picking up the item, the winning bidder must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document. The signed document must be emailed to the address on your Buyer’s Certificate before pickup arrangements are made. • Required Documents at Pickup: * Signed Buyer’s Certificate * Valid Driver’s License • Verification: Items will only be released after county staff verify all required documentation.

The most important question is....what is the operating band of these radios. That question can be answered by decifering the numbers on the ID label.. That label is on the underside of the radio. - Scheduling: To schedule a pickup appointment as a winning bidder, call (830) 643-5850 and ask for the Auction Scheduling Team or email jbowling@comalcounty.gov . The cutoff to call and schedule is 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
- Tip: Scheduling early ensures a smooth and efficient pickup process.
- Pickup Dates: Monday, June 22nd - Friday, June 26th, 2026
- Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday; County offices closed on weekends)
Deadline: All items must be picked up by 3:30 PM on Friday, June 26th, 2026.
Please note no help is provided by the County to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the equipment. Employees cannot assist in loading,
- If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
Special Instructions
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
