This auction is for a Lot of rolling chairs and metal cabinets. The metal cabinets appear to be in good shape and still use-able. There are 3 chairs that are not rolling chairs the rest are rolling chairs in this lot. A few of the rolling chairs are broken and will either need to be repaired or thrown out. The City of Midwest city employees cannot offer help in loading securing or moving items.Plan your pickup, securing, and transportation of auction winnings accordingly.

PICKUP TERMS: PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call "405"739.1037 for an appointment. We are located in Midwest City, OK, 73110. Pickup hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and most Holidays. We reserve the right to re-list items not picked up within 10 days of auction end, regardless of payment status. Refunds will not be given on items not picked up. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / WARRANTY: Seller makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed, written, or implied, as to the condition, quality or description of item(s) being sold. SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
