The 2004 Freightliner Fire Engine/Pumper Truck is being sold under this contract is being sold ‘as is where is’ and is not represented as being in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.

At no time shall any claim be allowed against the Village of Sundridge or the Township of Strong with respect to any material or equipment.

The successful bidder will adhere to GovDeals polices and procedures. GovDeals will collect all proceeds for the winning bidder through PayPal, credit card or wire transfer. The Fire Engine/Pumper Truck will not be released to the successful bidder until confirmation of payment from GovDeals is received.

The winning bidder will be required to transfer ownership before the vehicle can be removed from property. The Successful bidder shall ensure adequate time is given to complete the transfer.
