This lot contains a glass display case. Appx dimensions are 67" T x 72" W x 14" D. These items have not been professionally tested. There may be missing parts. Any questions must be asked online so everyone can see question and response. We will not respond to phone calls or direct emails. Sold as is where is. Any packing or shipping needed is the responsibility of the buyer we do not offer ANY packing or shipping assistance. Pickup and payment of the item(s) is expected in the normal time frame unless otherwise noted in the posting but pickups MUST be done by appointment and very limited loading assistance is available. Appointment times will vary from 30 minutes depending on the size of the lot and number of lots to be picked up. We offer 30 minute appointment times Monday through Friday from 8-11 and 12:30-3:30. All pickups must be done in a single appointment. Buyer agrees to follow any and all State/ Local /Federal exportation laws. If the seller has any reason to believe that these are not being followed, the sale may be terminated.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

****PLEASE NOTE**** BIDDERS WHO DO NOT REMOVE ASSETS IN THE ALLOTTED 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE DEFAULTED AND THEIR ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed (by appointment only) within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases must be removed by person listed on buyers certificate unless proper documentation has been completed to release to another individual. Email asset contact to receive proper documentation for 3rd party removals.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
