This auction is for 20 Avaya VOIP Phones - model 9608. The phones are in used condition. The district upgraded the phones system and has a surplus of phones available for you!

The Avaya 9608 is a, 8-line, monochrome IP desk phone designed for everyday office workers, featuring 24 programmable buttons, wideband audio, and dual-port Gigabit (9608G) or 10/100 (9608) Ethernet. It supports SIP/H.323 protocols, integrates with Avaya Aura/IP Office, and allows up to three BM12 expansion modules.

Display: 3.2" x 2.2" monochrome screen.
Navigation: 4-way navigation cluster with 4 context-sensitive softkeys.
Audio: Full-duplex speakerphone, wideband audio, and integrated headset jack.
Buttons: 3 pages of 8 buttons with dual LEDs (24 total), plus fixed features (contacts, history, messages, home).
Networking: Dual-port Ethernet switch for PC connection.
Power: IEEE 802.3af Class 1 PoE (Power over Ethernet).

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Many of these items are located in a working school or at an off-site location, therefore, pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in order to minimize any disruption to students and/or teachers. Pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., excluding district holidays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For pick-up, please refer to the contact information listed in the description.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, transportation, and removal of all property awarded to them. The Buyer will be responsible for any damage incurred as a result of the property removal. All property offered for sale is in "As Is" condition. Under no circumstances will School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties assume responsibility for packing, loading, transportation, or shipping. No assistance is provided.

PLEASE NOTE Only Government Entities may bid on this auction. A Government ID is required to be able to bid on this auction Winning bidder will be required to provide a copy of a Government ID prior to removal. If bidder does not meet this requirement and they bid/win this auction, they will be held in default and blocked from further bidding on GovDeals.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment and/or reimbursement from any loss resulting from the purchase of any property from School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties, or for any other special, direct, indirect, or consequential money damages whatsoever.
