This metallic scrap lot includes a stainless steel trash compactor, stainless steel blanket warmer, and three metal storage racks, two of which contain stainless and aluminum bins. The lot also includes various rolling carts in multiple styles, along with assorted metal items and components shown on and around the racks. All items are included together, and the buyer must take the entire lot as one unit.
All items are sold as is, where is, and we will not palletize, load, or ship—the buyer is fully responsible for removal and transportation.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
