For the winning bidder, all shelving can only be removed starting March 13 and the removal must be completed by March 25. The shelving can only be disassembled using hand tools and must be removed from the building only using designated pathways, proper equipment and must adhere to all safety regulations in the designated construction area.
The floor platform and tracks the high density shelving sits on are not part of the GovDeals posting.

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
