The building is no longer in use but remains in relocatable condition

Removal working hours - 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday

Mandatory - Any Loads leaving site must coincide with transportation regulations (IE. Height, Width, Length.) And be transported on a vehicle that is approved for on highway use. Farm tractors converted to pull trailers will not be permitted to remove items from site.

Mandatory - Any Equipment being used to dismantle must meet current safety standards.

Mandatory - Site must be kept clean at all times

MANDATORY - The winning bidder must have the proper equipment, transportation, insurance and shall be in
good standing with the Workers Compensation Board (“WCB”) to safely and properly remove the items from the
location.

NO ASSISTANCE OR MACHINERY WILL BE PROVIDED by the seller, only bid if you have the capacity to complete the removal of these modular units.

The seller will allow an extended time period for removal, due to the complexity of the dismantling and removal requirements. Buyer will need to provide a removal timeline to the seller, indicating when the project will be complete.
