Condition
The engine runs, drives, and pumps as normal. The Allen-Clay Joint Fire District has regularly maintained the apparatus, including routine preventive maintenance and regular fluid changes.
The apparatus is equipped with a 1,000-gallon polyethylene water tank. The tank currently has a crack and is in need of repair. A lifetime warranty covers the tank. Prospective bidders should be aware that the tank has previously experienced this same issue and has been repaired five times. The District is disclosing this history so prospective bidders can fully evaluate the apparatus and determine whether it meets their needs.

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
