ELECTRONICS HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED FOR ACTUAL WORKING CONDITION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
Once bidding is finalized and payment arrangements have been made or confirmed, a pickup date can be scheduled for these devices. Please make sure that you have the necessary space to transfer these devices. Pickup is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspection
INSPECTION: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please contact Andrew Chitwood at 636-231-2828 or e-mail: andrew.chitwood@sdowmo.org. to schedule an inspection. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times arranged.
Payment
Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.
Acceptable forms of payment: Bidders may use the online debit/credit card payment process available on the School District of Washington's website at https://washington.revtrak.net. Also accepted: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order. Payments must be made payable to: School District of Washington, MO. Payments will be accepted at the location listed on the Buyer's Certificate.
NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to the specific payment terms and conditions - your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED. It will not be released until receipt of pending payment.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may contact Andrew Chitwood at the School District of Washington's TLC Building at 636-231-2800 to make arrangements. All items must be removed within 5 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Pickups from the technology department will be from the location: 5 Chamber Drive, Washington, MO 63090.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the condition or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for inaccurate descriptions must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
