Description

We are auctioning off 1 large bin of office desk phones. Desk phones are in poor condition and do not work. Pictures attached for reference.


Please note: The winning buyer must bring their own tools and equipment necessary to load the items into their vehicle. If additional assistance is needed, the buyer should coordinate and bring their own helper(s) to assist with loading.

Items will be staged for pick-up on sidewalk

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, payment can be made through the My Bids section of your account.

Removal

The buyer must handle all aspects of item removal, including packing, loading, and transportation. Note: Shipping is NOT available. Removal is by appointment only. Arrangements are made by email only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of auction closure, unless otherwise specified. Failure to remove items within this timeframe may result in the items being declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up, the buyer must present a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. If a third party is picking up the item(s) on the buyer's behalf, they must provide a completed and signed Authorization of Release form, along with a valid photo ID and a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate or Bill of Sale. Please contact the seller in advance to confirm required documents and schedule your appointment.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
