A team of 40 freshman students designed, drafted, and fabricated this tiny house as a single-unit structure featuring a true loft. The building measures approximately 10'4" x 24' with an overall height of 11'10" and offers about 240 heated square feet. It is constructed with treated 2x6 foundations and AdvanTech flooring, framed with typical wood construction, and finished with a combination of wood accents and Hardie board exterior wall skin. The roof is finished with screw-down metal panels. The interior is partially finished, with wiring pulled, panel installed, and tested. This unit can be hauled on a trailer designed for transporting a storage shed.
Buyer is responsible for loading and transportation. Building must be removed within 30 days of the end of the sale. Documentation and assistance for disassembling and loading will be provided.
