ITEM DESCRIPTION: This is part of the old VT Swine unit that consists of 1ea 14X76 modular trailer that was used as the isolation trailer. Trailer has not been in use for several years and is still currently hooked to elec. gas and sewer which will be disconnected prior to buyer removal. Signage indicates this trailer was manufactured by Double L Group. There are no axles or tongue attached to the trailer, and current employees have no knowledge how it was installed or brought on-site. We strongly encourage any interested bidders to schedule a site visit and develop a plan for removal Unit is located at the old VA Tech Swine Center @ 109 Plantation Road, Blacksburg VA however this trailer is about a half mile from the main 4 trailer unit but still on the same farm. Unit is sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee given or implied. Buyer is responsible for all aspects of removal. The buyer must provide agent with a copy of buyer's certificate, including their signed authorization to release their items. Person picking up will be required to sign the Bill of Sale.
