Item was in use in a municipal office environment prior to removal from service. Unit powers on and is in good working condition with no know defect or performance issues at the time of surplus processing. No functional issues were observed during basic testing. Screen is intact with no visible cracks. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior use including fingerprints and light surface marks.
No power cord, keyboard, pen, or accessories included.
Item is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
NOTE: Buyer is responsible for pickup and removal. At this time, we do not offer direct shipping services, even with customer provided shipping labels. However, if you wish to coordinate for a third-party courier service to pick up and ship your purchase, we will ensure that your items are ready for pickup.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from Auction End Date.
The City of Schertz does not provide shipping services for items sold through GovDeals. Buyers, at their discretion, may make arrangements with a third-party courier to take possession of their purchased items, including packaging and shipping, at their own expense. The City does not supply packaging or shipping materials. Buyers utilizing a courier must notify the Purchasing Department of their intent to use a third-party service and, if possible, provide the name of the individual designated to pick up the items on their behalf. The City of Schertz assumes no responsibility for items once they have been accepted by the courier.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Items not picked up within ten (10) days will be returned to inventory and offered to the second place bidder or re-auctioned.
