no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sold as is, where is. Grade A: Functional and intact. All in working order and unlocked. 24 Model A1893. All iPad have cases, Charge cords and blocks. All were in working order when taken out of the classroom. No shipping, must be picked up at location.

Inspection
Customers can inspect the property only by appointment. Due to COVID-19 protocol, all previews must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Please call 559-924-6810 to schedule an appointment.
Customers are required to follow posted safety protocols in order to preview the asset, including wearing a mask.
Item is sold "as is" and we strongly recommend the bidders to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auction only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of this auction.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 559-924-6810. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
SELLER DOES NOT ARRANGE FREIGHT PICKUP OR PROVIDE REFERRALS. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. COVID Safety protocols of distancing and mask wearing must be followed at all times. No Assistance will be provided.
Buyers may have someone else pick up property if an Authorization of Release is provided prior to pick up, and photo identification will be required before property is released.
Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
