Description

Offered for sale is a 1987 Southern Structures Mobile Classroom Building.

This unit is 36' x 24' and features a Wood frame, and the sale includes the existing skirting and wood ramps. The Model # is SSI-87-1540/SSI-87-1541. The building is sold "as is, where-is." This unit does not have a title available.

The Buyer is fully responsible for making all necessary provisions for removal, including securing required permits and insurance (per seller's specification). This responsibility includes the preparation of the unit, such as installing tires, axles, and tongues, as well as providing all labor and materials for removal, transport, and site clean-up. This unit has a wood frame and may require additional material prior to removal. The buyer must also remove all skirting, ramps, and any foundational supports, including block piers. Any included items that the buyer does not want must be removed and disposed of off site.

Critical Deadline: All property must be removed during July 1, 2026 - July 24, 2026. Any property remaining after this date will be demolished on-site.

Removal

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Once Payment has been made, WCPSS will correspond via email with specific contact information, pick up instructions and to provide you the opportunity to choose your removal date and time. Appointments for removal must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Upon receipt of your reply, WCPSS will issue an email confirming removal date and time. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them. No assistance will be offered or given in the loading and/or removal of assets at our location, the winning bidder is responsible to bring all manpower and equipment necessary to remove the item. Wake County Public School System is not available to assist in the Packing, Loading and/or Removal of an Asset so please come prepared. Location of item will be disclosed when appointment is made. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
