The Lemoore Union Elementary School District has made reasonable efforts to categorize the offered items into the grades noted below, and the District makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sold as is, where is. No Shipping must be picked up. Grade A: Functional and intact. All units believed to be fully-functional with all keys intact. Devices have been wiped. Grade B: Cosmetic damage, but believed to be fully functional. Devices have been wiped whenever possible. 45 charging cords that are believed to be fully-functional and working when pulled out of the cart.

Customers can inspect the property only by appointment. Due to COVID-19 protocol, all previews must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Please call 559-924-6810 to schedule an appointment.
Customers are required to follow posted safety protocols in order to preview the asset, including wearing a mask.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling 559-924-6810. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
SELLER DOES NOT ARRANGE FREIGHT PICKUP OR PROVIDE REFERRALS. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. COVID Safety protocols of distancing and mask wearing must be followed at all times. No Assistance will be provided.
Buyers may have someone else pick up property if an Authorization of Release is provided prior to pick up, and photo identification will be required before property is released.
Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
