Conditions: These iPads were previously used in an educational setting. Units may show signs of wear, including scratches, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections. iPads include school district's etching. iPads have not been tested: operational status is unknown. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. A spreadsheet with the iPad serial numbers will be provided upon request. Pick-ups MUST be scheduled. Pick-ups without an appointment will not be allowed. Devices are located within the elementary schools across Henry County, Georgia. Only items described herein are included in sale regardless of what else is pictured including carts or containers. Under NO circumstances will Henry County Schools assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping services. Buyer is responsible for all logistics.
Accessories: AC adapters, cables, and cases that are available will be provided at the time of iPad pickup.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

Removal
If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site.
If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED.
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
