Classroom Description:

This sale is for a used modular classroom manufactured by King’s Custom Builders, Inc. in June 1990. The approximate interior dimensions are 23 feet wide, 31 feet long, and 8 feet tall.

The modular unit was removed from service and has remained stationary for the past four (4) years. There are no visible roof leaks. Prior to being taken out of service, the air conditioning system was operational; however, it has not been utilized after removal from service. (See photos)

***Special notes to buyer***: An experienced contractor must be used for removal. Units must be removed from premises no later than four (4) weeks after the bill of sale is issued. If not, and no extension granted by district, buyer forfeits all monies paid. The contractor must be in the business of portable/house removal as part of their normal business activity.

Buyer is responsible for all labor and equipment for dismantling and removing the building from the site. All work must be performed by licensed contractors, and any persons performing work on site must be covered by workers compensation insurance. The contractor must provide liability insurance on all vehicles being used on site, and must provide liability insurance with BCSD named as an additional insured for $1,000,000.

Note: Dismantling/removal of this unit must be coordinated with a BCSD point-of-contact. However, BCSD will not be present onsite for entire removal process. Site must be left intact, with no debris of any kind left behind.

This unit is sold “as is”, “where is”, in place and is not warrantied or refundable. BCSD makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the final condition of the unit or its' ability to withstand relocation.
