PLEASE BE AWARE: A $75 per pallet fee will be added to the total sale of this listing for freight preparation. Please let us know if you would like this fee removed prior to completing payment if you wish to pick up in person or with a named third party. Prep fee will be automatically applied to your Buyers Certificate and Bill of Sale during the first business day after closing of the auction. PICKUP BY FREIGHT CARRIER: Buyer may have a freight company pickup this item. Sunny Communications will prepare this item for freight shipping for $75 per pallet. Please review the attached document below for more information and terms regarding the use of a freight carrier for removal of the asset.

• Buyers may also have someone else pickup the item on their behalf. Prior to pickup, an Authorization of Release must be provided, signed by the buyer and emailed to purchasing@sunnycommunications.com. The Authorization of Release document is attached below.
• All items must be removed within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the Buyers Certificate.
• Buyers can pickup the property by appointment only. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday) Please contact 720-459-7557 ext 125 or email purchasing@sunnycommunications.com to schedule an appointment.
• A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of an asset. Photo ID is required at the time of pickup.
• We have a forklift and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed, as our safety policies permit.
• Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal of the asset. Gov Deals and the seller neither endorse not accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from buyers use of the third party shipper.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

• Please note upon removal of the property, all sales are final. At the time of signing the Bill of Sale, buyer is affirming: Asset is sold as is, where is, and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the sellers premises there is no refund of monies previously paid and all sales are final.
