Rabun County Schools has up for bid a lot of 250 plus chromebooks. The models and approximate quantity are listed below:

Dell 3180 - Qty of 18 - Approximate 20% have been parted out
Dell 3120(First style) - Qty of 54 - Approximate 20% have been parted out
Dell 3189 - Qty of 6 - Approximate 10% have been parted out
Samsung - Qty of 4
HP - Qty of 14 - Approximate 15% have been parted out
Lenovo - Qty of 36 - Approximate 50% have been parted out
Dell 3100 - Qty of 138 - Approximate 75% have been parted out

Again, the percentage of parting out is approximate. The quantity is approximate as well. If we have extra power supplies they will be provided.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate or as per terms of sale agreement. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Rabun County Schools assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Special Instructions

Buildings which are purchased from Rabun County Schools require a $1500 refundable security deposit for complete removal of the structure and site cleanup as specified and agreed to by the purchaser. The security deposit will be returned to the purchaser, in full, upon the satisfactory completion of the building removal and site cleanup.
