*AS SCRAP* Last used about 8 years ago after developing a leak.
Lot 25Z15 is sold as is. Unit weighs approximately 3,200 lbs. (Eat your Wheaties before attempting to haul this off). Buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal, power and water will be disconnected beforehand. Interested bidders must visit site, located in Lowell, North Carolina, and look things over before placing bid. Important detail to note is that this is located in an active kitchen and removal is limited to when it can occur.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
For purchased vehicles, (per Gaston County Schools Board of Education) the title must be signed by both the original seller and the buyer (or authorized agent working for the buyer) before the vehicle can be removed from Gaston County Schools property. Title will be made out to the physical buyer (or physical authorized agent for the buyer), no exceptions.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
