**Property Removal Guidelines** - By Appointment Only: Property removal is available by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. - Removal Deadline: All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. **Buyer Responsibilities:** - The Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and work necessary for packing, loading, and transportation of the property. - No assistance will be provided by the Seller. **BUYER PICKUP REQUIRED** The Buyer must visit the specified location and pick up the items in person.
