Front room measures 98" long X 71" wide X 92" tall and contains storage cupboards, outlets and a counter.
Rear room is 170" in length.
Front room has a side door which measures 35" wide X 77" tall.
The Rear room is accessed from the outside by a loading ramp/door.
The box is approximately 224" long the overall length of the unit is approximately 264" long.
There is a shore power hookup for 110 volt service that will also accept hookup from a generator.
The trailer was used by the police department in their community outreach program and could also be used as a temp. mobile command center. It has an awning that runs almost the entire length of the trailer.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
