This item is one lot of Football athletic apparel. These are Surplus Cleats from MTSU. The cleats are still in boxes and are being sold as one lot. Below is the description I received from the department. I will upload the paperwork for it.
Surplus football Cleats Lot 1
Can assist with loading. These are currently on the campus of the university. If you have any more questions, contact Donathan Murray at Donathan.murray@mtsu.edu or by phone at 615-898-5940. These items are "as is, where is." MTSU does not guarantee the operability.
The successful bidder shall supply all resources required to facilitate removal from MTSU premises. If an MTSU department or State of Tennessee entity makes a claim on this item, a $5000.00FMV, or fair market value, will be assessed and collected before the transfer of ownership can take place.
We recommend a visual inspection of these items before submitting a bid.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
