If you win for 1k, you will own the tax lien outright. There is a 12.5% buyer's premium to govdeals. You will have to pay any sub taxes to foreclose on the home if the lien matures. The $2.75 fee is the reassignment fee the county charges. You will be responsible for attorney fees to foreclose on the property. 01/16/2026 12:47:15 PM
