Payment
Seller recommends buyer pay immediately after auction close. Buyers must pay within 5 days of the auction closing date or their accounts will be locked.
Removal
Pick up is 8am-3pm weekdays.:
Vehicles must be removed within 7 days of auction close. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL to let us know when you wish to come. Auction purchases that are not removed by the 7th day after auction close will be declared abandoned and resold.
Buyer will receive a "Buyer Certificate" via email. Buyer must bring that to pickup location.
If sending a 3rd party, 3rd party must have 3 documents: 1: a copy of buyer's driver license, 2: a signed note authorizing 3rd party to pickup on buyer's behalf, and 3: the "Buyer Certificate."

Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. If buyer decides vehicle is not as described, buyer should leave vehicle at seller facility for a full refund. All sales are final once vehicle removed from seller facility.
