Payment

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact taxhelp@liquidityservices.com for all tax exemption questions.

Removal

Buyers must pick up within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days, $15 per day per pallet storage fees may be charged. After 10 days, auctions may be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked.

If the lot is shown in large cardboard bins, bins are NOT included in the auction. But, buyer may BUY THE BINS FROM US. If you wish to buy the bins, please call 202-541-6017 PRIOR to paying for this auction. Bidder is responsible for all loading and removal. No loading assistance available. No packing or shipping available. If you need packing/shipping, please contact a third party shipping company. We cannot recommend any specific companies. If the lot is shown in large cardboard bins, bins are NOT included in the auction. Buyer may purchase bins. If you wish to buy the bins, please call 202-541-6017. If sending a shipping company, family member, friend, or other representative to pick up for you, that person MUST bring the following:
1: copy of buyer's driver license
2: signed note (or emailed note) from buyer giving permission to pick up
3: buyer certificate (sent to buyer when auction closes)
