Up for auction is an Intel NUC. An Intel NUC (Next Unit of Computing) is a compact, fully-featured PC used for a variety of purposes, including as a space-saving home theater PC (HTPC), a powerful workstation for business and home offices, a compact server, a digital signage controller, or a gaming rig. Computer powers on, otherwise untested for workability. Please see pictures for model, specs and express tag #. Cord NOT Included. Pallets NOT included.
**The University will not prep, pack, or ship items, nor will the University make shipping arrangements for buyers. **NO EXCEPTIONS** Do NOT ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent, we will NOT.
Arrangements can be made through a third party shipper, however, you must fill out a release form prior to us releasing items to a third party. If this form is not filled out, we will NOT release your items.
All pickups require an appointment, please email auction@utk.edu with desired pickup day and time.

Inspection
Inspection is recommended. Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. When you arrive, go into the office to be allowed entrance to the warehouse for viewing. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST(every 30 minutes), by appointment ONLY. Email us the day and time you would like to pickup with the name on your account, by emailing auction@utk.edu . **Except for University closings and Holidays.

Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Special Instructions
All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT.
