2014 GMC 2500HD. 22,279 miles. Vehicle starts, runs, and is drivable. 6.0L, V8 gas engine, with no known repairs needed. This vehicle was removed from service on 11/19/2025. Automatic transmission, 4 wheel drive, operable. White exterior with minor scratches and dings. Windshield has a rock chip. Tire condition is excellent with a tread of 11/32. Decals have been removed and impressions remain. Interior is black/gray cloth. Drivers base seat is worn. There is light wear to the dash and floor. Stock am/fm radio, AC runs cold, dual airbags, cruise control, tilt steering, power steering. Additional equipment includes dump bed by Rugby, light bar, hitch receiver.

The vehicle may be inspected at The City of Rochester Hill's Department of Public Services Building located at 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. up until the day of Auction’s closing. Please check in at the desk upon arrival Inspection: It is strongly recommended that all interested parties inspect the vehicle thoroughly before an offer to purchase is submitted. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. No test drives available.
Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Rochester Hills. Payment can be made at: City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division at 1000 Rochester Hills Dr.; Rochester Hills, MI 48309. After payment is processed bidder will then be directed to City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services Building for pick-up. Address is 511 E. Auburn Rd., Rochester Hills, Michigan. TITLE: Titles will only be issued in the name(s) of the person of persons listed as the awarded bidder on the surplus auction site. Without exception the selling price of vehicle will be listed on the title by the City Clerk’s Office.
Removal
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. All vehicles will be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. The items must be loaded without City staff assistance.

NOTE: A 7.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price. LIABILITY: All items are sold “as is” and “where is” without warranty either expressed or implied (meaning the condition and the location is final and you are offering to purchase the item based on its current condition and location). The City may withdraw an item at any time from the auction. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
