Up for auction is are 4 Impounded Vehicles. NO keys, no titles, mileage/condition unknown. Included in this lot are:
- 2002 Ford Explorer
- 2007 Dodge Ram
- 2007 Kia Spectra
- 2004 Chevrolet Impala
Condition unknown, impounded vehicles. These vehicles should be considered as scrap or for parts. Running condtion is unknown,there are NO keys and they have been sitting for awhile. No titles are available, buyer will receive all documents to prove these vehicles are now property of the University at the time of pickup. Surplus personnel do not inspect property, no maintenance records are available. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling requirements. NOT located at warehouse. NOT located at same location as Lincloln. No help is available, all vehicles must be towed from lot in 7 days, NO EXCEPTIONS.

You have 7 days(1 week) to remove all 4 vehicles from the day the auction closes, so plan accordingly, you will be defaulted and forfeit all money if not removed. Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, no appointment necessary.

Removal
PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOVALS: Appointments are required. You must e-mail auctions@utk.edu with a day and time to schedule an appointment for pickup. Appointments are required, you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.

After setting up pickup, to release your items to a third party, we need the following items(once I receive these I will contact the shipper):
1. A release form that you need to completely fill out, sign and return.
2. A copy of your picture ID.
Appointments for pickup are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Special Instructions
All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT.
