1 Decommissioned bus (With Tires) – 2020 MCI/D4500 – Lot BL26-9
BL26-9 - The New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ TRANSIT) is soliciting offers to purchase one (1) decommissioned bus (2020 MCI/D4500 Bus 20109). The tires are included and do not have to be returned. The one (1) bus is located at 442 Avenue P, Newark NJ 07105.
This bus has reached the end of its useful life and is being retired from service. Bus is not in driving condition and towing will be required to remove it from the property.
The bus will be sold in “as is” “where is” condition and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. If a third party is picking up material, we are not responsible for lost material.
***Due to liability issues, the bid winner will be REQUIRED to TOW/FLATBED the bus from the lot. No prep-work, mechanical or otherwise, except for tow purposes, will be allowed***
Purchase price includes tires and does not have to be returned. If the buyer wishes to return the tires, tires can be returned to 601 Doremus Avenue Newark NJ 07105. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
