Any asset paid for but not picked up within 5 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

The return policy applies to affected items and only covers identified defects that were not described within the auction; Buyer pays cost of return shipping.
