These units are all currently being used as classrooms at Gulf Shores Elementary School. All buildings as of 5/15/26 have functional A/C and lighting systems. All units as of 5/15/26 do not have any active leaks. 3 of the units have Bard Wall Mount AC systems and 1 has a small Yita-Home Mini-Split System.

Do these unit have wheels under them, and do they have a point of connect to be towed by a trailer mover? Do the walkways and roof attachments come with the units? 05/16/2026 10:51:26 AM
Yes, the units have wheels/axles. They appear to be in good shape visually looking at them. The tires may or may not hold air so that will need to be confirmed on the inspection day. There is also a tongue for towing capability under each trailer. I will take pictures and add to the listing today showing the above referenced items. 05/19/2026 08:26:57 AM

Yes, they have axles and wheels attached to the frame as well as a hitch point near one end for towing. All of the trailers have been parked/setup in their current position for years so keep that in mind. Visually, the frame, axles, tires and tongue look to be in good shape. The tires have not been aired up to test them so keep that in mind also. This is an "AS-IS!" Auction so I cannot gaurantee functionality of these components. Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Gulf Shores City Schools Board of Education, AL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
